To finish off the summer, I will be releasing a compilation album and a brand-new single, written and recorded over the last 2 weeks.
First off, “Chris Coyle’s Plastic Soul” will be released on September 21, 2020. “Plastic Soul” will feature a Hodge podge of songs. “Fool’s Paradise” remixed from the master 15-inch reel to reel tape. “Fool’s Paradise” was released on Reindeer Records in 1989. Also, featured is “Last Train to Clarksville” under the moniker Just 2, featuring Seth Romano on vocals. “Last Train to Clarksville” was released on the digital bonus of The Monkees tribute album “Listen to the Bands” released in 2017 on 7A records.
“Like the Wind”, the single released from “Plastic Soul”, along with “Snatch” was recorded by Chris’s band ECC at Big Sound Studio’s in Westbrook Maine, produced by Portland Maine legend Joe Brien.
On August 21st, I will release a new song hot off the digital recorder, “She Goes Wild”.
“She Goes Wild” is among the new recordings I have recorded over the Summer months. The new album will be titled “The Record Button”. Ten songs is slated for the album. A new video for “She Goes Wild” is available now.
